Objective: Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Generates and maintains financial transactions and financial records
Manages office systems including document control, filing systems, information systems, supply management and inventory control of fixed assets
Supervises clerical staff to support operations and financial aspects of the business
Maintains office efficiency by planning, implementing and troubleshooting office systems, layouts and equipment procurement
Works closely with upper management to review business transactions, industry trends and business needs
Works with account managers, recruiters to ensure business
Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
Provides clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Human Resource experience a plus
Desire to grow and advance professionally
Solid MS Office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
